Alce Nero spelt stelline — small, star-shaped pasta — is made with Italian spelt. It features a distinctive sweet flavour and a long stem.

Our stelline pasta is made exclusively with spelt flour and spring water from the Latemar massif in the Dolomites.

What’s more, it contains added vitamin B1 yet no added flavourings
